摘要
以《大学英语课程教学要求》为出发点,结合当前大学英语课堂现状,针对目前大学英语教师教学个性缺失的现象,从授课方式的灵活性、授课内容的多样性以及专业可持续性发展的必要性三个方面探究大学英语教师教学个性的培养策略。
Started by college English curriculum requirements, combined with the current college English classes, because of lack of teaching personality, in this article we try to find out 3 ways to cultivate teaching personality of college English teachers ： the flexibility of teaching method, the variety of teaching contents and the necessity of sustainable development of self majors.
