在国外,关于促进就业创业的研究已经比较成熟。通过国内外就业创业政策的对比研究,分析国外就业创业政策的一些特色对我国就业服务体系具有一定的借鉴意义。同时结合我国实际,从政府和学校两个层面积极探索促进我国大学生就业创业的政策,为我国就业指导工作提供更有效的理论指导。
