专利产业化的运行机制的构建及对策分析

Construction and analysis of solutions in the operational mechanism of patent industrialization

针对我国高专利、低转化的现状,本文分析了专利产业化的内涵,提出了专利产业化存在的问题,并在此基础上,构建了专利产业化的运行机制,最后提出专利产业化的对策。

In view of the present situation of our country high patent but low conversion, this paper analyses the connotation of the patent industrialization, puts forward patent industrialization existing problems. And on this basis, it establishes the operation mechanism of patent in- dustrialization, finally puts forward the countermeasures realistic productive forces high quality patents.
