我国高职学报编辑素质的现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Editorial Quality of China's Higher Vocational College Journals

我国1000多家高职学报(含内刊)要办出自己的水平和特色,就必须建立一支素质过硬的编辑队伍。目前,高职学报编辑存在工作心态不稳定、知识结构不适应工作岗位、年龄与编龄反差大、业务学习与培训机会少等问题。摆正高职学报编辑部的地位,确保编辑人员的正当权益,适时给编辑提供业务进修的机会,是摆脱困境的有效办法。

For the sake of the quality improvement and outstanding characteristics, it is essential for the more than 1000 China^s higher vo cational technical College journals （including the internal publications） to establish a qualified editing team. A sampling survey of the editorial quality of China^s higher vocational college journals made by the editorial department of Journal of Yueyang Vocational Technical College indi- cates that, the status and prospect of many China＇s vocational college journals is filled with problems and challenges.
