米非司酮对小鼠空间学习记忆的影响

摘要 为研究米非司酮对小鼠空间学习记忆的影响,ICR小鼠被随机分配到3个组,即对照组和两个处理组(低浓度米非司酮组和高浓度米非司酮组).处理组小鼠连续4天给药,采用Morris水迷宫测试其空间学习记忆.结果表明,米非司酮对小鼠空间学习记忆的影响是选择性的,学习阶段米非司酮对小鼠的运动总路程有影响,记忆阶段米非司酮对小鼠的潜伏期有影响. The present study is to evaluate the effect of mifepristone on spatial learning and memory in mice. ICR mice are divided into 3 groups at random, named control group,low concentration of mifepristone group and high concentration of mifepristone group. The two mifepristone groups are injected for four consecutive days. Spatial learning and memory is tested by morris water maze. The result shows that the effect of mifepristone on spatial learning and memory in mice is selective,and it influences the total distance in learning phase and the latency in memory phase.
