摘要
建立HPLC法测定沙棘叶、果实、枝条中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量。在色谱柱（岛津ODS柱4.6mm＆#215;250mm，5μm），流动相（甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液（87∶13）），检测波长210nm，柱温30℃，流速1.0mL/min条件下进行测定。结果显示：齐墩果酸进样量在0.7-2.1μg范围内，峰面积与进样量之间线性关系良好，平均回收率为99.88%；熊果酸进样量在0.75-2.25μg范围内，峰面积与进样量呈良好线性关系，平均回收率为100.8%。本方法可测定沙棘叶、果实、枝条中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量，结果准确，重复性好。
To set up an RP-HPLC method of simultaneous determ-ination for content analysis of olea-nolic acid and ursolic acid in the leaves,fruits and branches of Hippophae rhamnoides. Method：the op-timum HPLC condition was as follows： Shimadzu ODS col-umn （4.6mm＆#215;250mm, 5μm）, mobile phase：methanol-0.2% Phosphoric acid（87：13）,detection wavelength： 210nm, column temperature： 30℃,flow rate：1.0mL/min. Results： there is a good linearity relationship between peak areas and injectionquantity for both. The average recovery was 99.88%, under the injectionquantity of oleanolic acid in the range of 0.7-2.1μg and average recovery was 100.8% for ursolic acid ranging from 0.75 to 2.25μg..Conclu-sion： The method could detect oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in the leaves, fruits and branches of Hip-pophae rhamnoides simultaneously. The HPLC measurement was reasonable, stable and accurate.
