摘要
以切花多头菊茎尖作为外植体,在不同激素浓度的MS培养基上进行茎尖离体培养,通过对切花多头菊愈伤组织、丛生芽和生根的研究,筛选出最佳的激素水平.结果表明:切花多头菊愈伤组织诱导最适培养基为MS+0.1 mg/L NAA+2.0 mg/L 6-BA,丛生芽诱导最适培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.l mg/L NAA,组培幼苗在1/2 MS+0.5 mg/L NAA上生根效果最好.
In this study, the tip of the chrysanthemum was cultured as the explant at the medium with NAA and 6-BA at different concentration to screen the optimum combination by the growth of the callus and cluster buds. The result indicates the callus of chrysanthemum could be induced effectively at the medium of MS+0.1 mg/L NAA+2.0 mg/L 6-BA,while the cluster buds could be induced effectively at the medium of MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.l mg/L NAA. In addition, the root of plantlet could be induced effectively at the medium of 1/2 MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L.
