镀镍石墨填充液体硅橡胶导电复合材料的制备及性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 以乙烯基液体硅橡胶(LSiR)为基体、以镀镍石墨(NCG)为导电填料制备LSiR导电复合材料,研究NCG、稀释剂甲苯和偶联剂用量对导电复合材料性能的影响。结果发现:当NCG用量为280份时,复合材料的体积电阻率可降至0.1Ω·cm以下;经甲苯稀释后,复合材料的性能不受影响,胶料的粘度降低;偶联剂A187可有效提高复合材料的铝基材附着力,当其用量为20份时,NCG/LSiR复合材料的综合性能最优。 By using liquid silicone rubber(LSiR) as matrix,nickel coated graphite(NCG) as electri- cally conductive filler, the NCG/LSiR composites were prepared,and the effects of addition levels of NCG,diluting agent toluene and coupling agent on the properties of the composites were investigated. The results showed that,when the addition level of NCG was 280 phr, the volume resistivity of the composite dropped to less than 0.1 Ω · cm. The properties of the composite prepared by using toluene as dilution solvent were unaffected, but the viscosity of the compound was reduced. Addition of cou- pling agent A187 could improve the adhesion of the composite to aluminum substrate, and the optimum addition level was 20 phr.
