摘要
研究促进剂ZDiBC对天然胶乳胶膜物理性能的影响,并与促进剂ZDC进行对比。结果表明:随着促进剂用量的增大,采用促进剂ZDiBC的胶膜的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度逐渐减小,而采用促进剂ZDC的胶膜的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度逐渐增大;随着胶乳硫化温度的升高或硫化胶乳贮存时间的延长,采用促进剂ZDiBC的胶膜的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度逐渐减小,而采用促进剂ZDC的胶膜的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度则呈先增大后减小趋势。
The effect of accelerator ZDiBC on the physical properties of NR latex film was investi- gated and compared with accelerator ZDC. The results showed that, as the addition level of accelerators increased,the tensile strength, elongation at break and tear strength of the film added accelerator ZDiBC decreased gradually,the corresponding properties of the film with accelerator ZDiBC decreased gradually,while those properties of the film with accelerator ZDC increased gradually. As the curing temperature of the latex increased or the storage time of the vulcanized latex extended, the tensile strength, elongation at break and tear strength of the film with accelerator ZDiBC decreased gradual- ly,while those properties of the film with accelerator ZDC increased at first and then decreased.
