摘要
该文分析了信息技术在运动技能学习中应用研究的不足,并提出了以相关体育锻炼心理学的理论为指导,利用相关信息技术辅助运动技能学习的思想。该文以Moodle课程和乒乓球学习为实例,阐述了实现在线动作示范(包括动作分解播放和逐帧播放等功能)和在线视频反馈等关键技术的主要软件和步骤。
The article reviewed research on the application of ICT in motor learning, pointed out the limitations of these studies, and put forward a method that applies Sport or Exercise Psychology to establish the online learning environment to enhance motor learning. In the case of Table Tennis learning, this article discussed how to design and develop a Moodle course based on Competence Motivation Theory (CMT). With a control group experiment, the Moodle course was proved to have positive impacts on knowledge and perceived competence in schoolchildren's table tennis learning.
