摘要 该文在系统分析和总结国内外关于网络学习交互分析研究的基础上,结合网络学习与网络教研的现状及本研究的特征和目的,设计了QQ群环境下基于协同知识建构的交互分析体系,利用内容分析法和社会网络分析法对教师在QQ群中的三次网络研讨记录从话题空间、社会关系和协同知识建构过程模式三个维度进行分析,发现教师在课题研究背景下开展网络研讨中存在的问题,并找出阻碍网络研讨交互质量的因素,提出了在网络研讨前明确讨论主题,指定专人担任研讨组织者,制定讨论干预行为体系,围绕QQ群功能特征和技术特征对教师开展培训等一系列促进交互质量与协同知识建构效果的策略。 On the base of systematically analyzes and summaries about the domestic and international research of web-based learning, by combining the research actuality of web-based learning and teaching as well as the purpose and characteristic of this study, This article designs the interaction analysis system based on the collaborative knowledge constructing in the environment of QQ Group, and analyses the teachers' chat record of three times of online discussion in the QQ group from topic space, social relations and process model of collaborative knowledge constructing with content analysis and social network analysis, finds out the problems during the teachers online discussion which organized for promoting researchy project and the resistant factor which influence the interactive quality of online discussion, putts forward a series of strategies for improving the quality of interaction and the effects of collaborative knowledge constructing. Such as make discussion topic clear and definite before online discussion, pose questions for further consideration in order to keep the discussion gradual in-depth; appointing someone as the organizer of the discussion; formulate the intervention system; carry out teacher training with the help of functional characteristics and technical characteristics of QQ group.
