摘要
在世界文化不断交流的大背景下,中国民族民间舞只有广泛吸纳现代舞的精华成分才能不断发展与进步。在拯救自身的道路上,重新唤起生命意识的觉醒,方是正本清源。在植入现代舞元素方面提出三个方面的借鉴:注重内心情感的表达;善于运用身体语言;吸纳现代舞的训练模式。
Under the background of culture exchange in the world, China＇ s national folk can continuous develop and progress only when widely absorbing the essence of the modern dance. If the national folk dance wants to save itself, the first thing is to arouse the awakening of life consciousness. Paying more attention to the expression of the feelings, being good at using body language and absorbing modern dance training mode are the three aspects to be followed.
