How to use cloud computing, which has impacted the library world significantly, to improve the service quality of library consortia becomes one of lhe hot research topics. Taking the consortiumpurchase management system （a new portal） of DRAA as an example, this paper explores the digital resources service model of library consortia based on cloud computing.
