顶岗实习是高等职业教育实践性教学体系的重要组成部分，是培养高技能人才的重要途径。在就业形势的压力之下，越来越多的职业院校的开始重视顶岗实习。该文通过对高职学生在顶岗实习期间存在的权益问题进行分析，提出构建全方位的顶岗实习机制，以保障学生在顶岗实习期间的合法权益。
