高性价比电子衡器的设计

摘要 随着我国衡器技术的快速发展,市场对衡器的各种要求也越来越高,既要满足精度高,抗干扰能力强等特性,又要满足价格低廉的要求,特别是在外贸出口市场,竞争就更加激烈,既要性能好又要价格低。一般来说,高性能将意味着高成本。为了满足某些特殊的应用场合,如对铜、铝等较贵重物品的计量,传统的16位A/D转换已经不能满足使用要求,应采用更高的24位A/D转换器。如果采用进口的真24位精度的A/D芯片,价格少则就要上百元,而实际精度只有20位左右的芯片也要几十元。所以,如何设计出既要成本低又要性能好的电子衡器,就显得非常重要。 With the rapid development of weighing technology in our country, all kinds of weighing the market are increasingly high requirements, not only to meet the high precision,strong anti-interference ability and other characteristics,but also to meet the requirements of low price, especiallyin the export market, competition is more intense, bothgood performance and low price. In general, high performance will mean higher cost In order to satisfysome special applications, such as copper, aluminum and so on the valuables measurement, 16 bit A/D convertertraditional can not meet the demand, should adopt 24 bit A/D converter higher. If the A/D chip 24 bit precisionimported, the price will have hundreds of yuan, but the actual accuracy of only 20 or so of the chip to dozens of yuarL Therefore, it is very important to design not only low cost andgood performance electronic weighing apparatus.
