江苏省高职院校中外合作办学项目招生情况调查及分析

Enrollment of Sino-foreign Cooperative Education Projects at Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province

通过对近年江苏省高职院校中外合作办学项目招生情况的调查,发现其中三个关键指标呈现明显下降趋势,分别是:合作办学项目的平均招生计划数;合作办学项目录取人数占高考录取总人数的比例;合作办学项目的招生计划完成数.调查还发现了一些主要影响因素.针对上述调查结果作者提出要在招生政策上给予学校招生计划单列和招生批次自主的权利;要引入淘汰机制和试点机制;要学校内部整合优质资源,提高质量树立品牌.

Through investigating the enrollment of Sino-foreign cooperative education projects at vocational colleges in Jiangsu in recent years,three key indicators are found to present an obvious downward trend,including the scheduled enrollments,the proportion of these project enrollments in the total college enrollments,and the actual enrollments as well. The following suggestions are proposed to solve the problems: first,to render several favorable enrollment policies and enlarge their independent enrollment rights; second,to bring in elimination and pilot mechanisms; third,to integrate the internal high-quality resources to improve the teaching quality and build an excellent brand image.
