沿黄平原地区高标准方田建设探索

Construction of high-standard farmland in plain areas along the Yellow River

惠民以小型水利重点县建设为契机开展高标准方田建设,促进了农业发展。选取近年当地6个高标准方田建设项目,从建设的必要性及可行性、建设及管理措施、建设效益等方面分析得出,沿黄平原区通过高标准方田建设可以明显改善农业生产环境,促进农村经济的发展,提高农民收入。

Taking the construction of major counties for small waterworks construction as an opportunity, high-standard farmlands have been built for promoting agricultural production in Huimin. Six local projects are selected for evaluating its necessity and feasibility, construction and management measures, economic benefit and so on. It is concluded that, with high-standard farmland construction in plain areas along 1Lhe Yellow River, it may greatly improve agricultural production environment, promote economic development and increase farmers＂ income.
