摘要 大海则矿井区域属于白垩系和侏罗系煤系地层,含水软岩抗压强度较低,煤矿立井采用全深冻结法施工。文章结合工程实际介绍了冻结管环形空间充填堵水技术在西部含水软岩地层中应用的必要性和实施概况。同时,提出了若干项技术措施及性质要点来对实施质量进行控制,保证井筒建设与生产的安全。整个泥浆置换工序实施顺利,达到预期效果。 Dahaize Mine Region belongs to the Cretaceous and Jurassic coal measure strata. The compressive strength of the water bearing soft rock is low and a full depth freezing shaft sinking method was applied to the mine shaft construction. In combination with the project actual conditions, the paper introduced the necessity and implementation of the backfill and water shutoff technology for the annular space of the freezing pipe applied in the water bearing soft rock strata in West China. Several technical measures and performance key points were provided to control the implemented quality and to ensure the safety of the mine shaft construction and production. The whole drilling mud replacement process was successfully completed and the expected effect was achieved.
