摘要
由于冷却系统不能满足要求,常村矿主井提升电动机在夏季运行过程中经常出现因温升超过保护值而停机的情况,通过电动机损耗计算及改造难易程度、经济因素分析,对比几种改造方案的优缺点,确定采用在冷却系统中增加水冷空调、降低原循环冷却水温的改造方案,改造后电动机温升保持在允许范围内,没有出现超温停机现象,取得了良好的经济和安全效益,同时为其它矿井解决类似冷却系统问题提供了参考。
With a small capacity of motor cooling system, the main shaft hoist of Changcun coal mine often shut down in summer, as the temperature rise was over protection value. Through calculation of motor losses and analysis of renovation complexity and economic factors, the advantages and disadvantages of different renovation plans were compared. The final plan of the cooling system was through the addition of a water - cooling air conditioner system to lower the temperature of circulating cooling water. After the renovation, the temperature rise of the motor could be controlled within allowable range, no over temperature shutdown happened, good economic and security benefits were obtained.
