摘要
选取乌海肥煤作为研究对象,先后运用筛分、大浮沉试验手段,对煤样进行粒度级与密度级的分级,并测定各分级产物中硫的含量。对不同粒级和不同密度级煤样中硫分的分配规律进行了研究,得到了该煤种硫分的分配率曲线,并在对曲线分析的基础上,得到了乌海煤中硫分布规律:不同粒度级煤中随着密度级的变化,硫含量变化趋势不同,含硫高的粒度级煤中硫含量变化规律接近指数函数;含硫量低的,硫含量在各密度级中变化平缓,呈一元二次函数变化。为该煤种的脱硫分选提供了可靠的理论依据。
Screen test and float - and - sink test were applied on the grading of Wuhai fat coal. The coal sample was classified by density and size, the sulfur content of each classified product was measured. According to the results, the distribution curves of sulfur were drawn. Based on the study of these curves, the distributing characteristics of sulfur was concluded, the content of sulfur varies in coal of different sizes ; the changing law of size fractions with high sulfur content is close to exponential function; and for that with low sulfur content, the changing law is close to one basic quadratic function.
