摘要 目的探讨大肠癌组织中肿瘤坏死因子受体(Tumor necrosis factor receptor-p55, TNFR-P55)表达的数目与临床病 理因素及肿瘤分期间的关系。方法用免疫组织化学SABC法检测91例大肠癌组织、81例癌旁组织及13例正常肠粘 膜标本中 TNFR-p55的表达。结果大肠癌组织中 TNFR-p55表达比癌旁组织及正常组织显著增高,癌旁组织 TNFR-p55 表达亦显著高于正常组织。在大肠癌组织中,TNFR-p55表达与浆膜浸润程度和淋巴结转移与否呈负相关,即肿瘤侵及 浆膜或有淋巴结转移时 TNFR-p55表达低。同时,Dukes A期和 B期患者 TNFR-p55表达显著高于 Dukes C期。结论 检测TNFR-p55的表达对判断大肠癌恶性程度,预测肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移趋势及肿瘤分期有重要价值。 Objective To study the clinical significance of tumor necrosis factor receptor-p55 (TNFR-p55) expression and its relationship with clinicopathology and Dukes' classification of human colorectal cancer. Methods SABC immunohisto- chemical method was used to determine the expression rates of TNFR-p55 in gi specimens of colorectal cancerous tissue, 81 paracancerous mucosa and 13 normal tissue. Results The expression of TNFR-p55 in colorectal cancerous tissue was significantly higher than in the paracancerous mucosa or normal tissue, and in the paracancerous mucosa, in turn, higher level of TNFR-p55 expression was detected than in normal tissue. Negative correlation between serous membrane invasion, lymph node metastasis and the level of TNFR-p55 expression was concluded, with significant difference in the expression level found between Dukes' stage A, B and Dukes' stage C. Conclusions TNFR-p55 expression may be indicative of the degree of malignancy, invasive depth, lymph node metastasis and Dukes' classification in colorectal cancer.
