摘要 目的研究FMMU(第一军医大学的英文缩写)白化豚鼠遗传特性,为培育FMMU白化豚鼠提供依据和基础资 料。方法 以M13 mp18单链 DNA为探针,对 FMMU白化豚鼠及普通花色豚鼠的 DNA指纹图进行比较分析。结果 FMMU白化豚鼠同一个体不同组织的DNA指纹图完全一致,其平均带数为23.4,有品种特征带趋向,两个随机个体具 有完全相同DNA指纹图概率为5.5x10-6。结论DNA指纹图能准确反映FMMU白化豚鼠遗传变异度以及与花色豚鼠 的遗传差异。 To provide basic information for breeding FMMU (abbreviation for First Mintary Medical University) albino guinea pig by studying its genetic characteristics. Methods DNA fingerprints of FMMU albino guinea pigs were analyzed and compared with that of the pigmented guinea-pigs generated by probe M13 mp18. Results The DNA fingerpring patterns obtained from different organs of the same individual of FMMU albino guinea pig were completely identical, with 23.4 bands on average, showing inclination for a new breed. The probability to have identical DNA fingerprints patterns between 2 randomly selected FIMMU guinea pigs was 5.5xl0-6. Conclusion DNA fingerprints can reflect genetic variability of FMMU albino guinea pigs and may be used to measure genetic distance from the pigmented guinea pigs with accuracy.
