榆林能源化工基地投入产出表的编制及产业关联度分析

Establishment of an input-output table for Yulin energy and chemical base and analysis of its industry related degree

以当前最新的2007年陕西省投入产出表为依据，按照榆林能源化工产业各行业产值及相关指标占陕西省相关行业和指标的比重，借助EXCEL和MATLAB等软件，通过RAS修正编制了榆林能源化工产业投入产出表；然后根据此表，计算了相关产业关联度指标系数，由此分析了陕北能源化工基地产业关联情况，并得出以下结论：①煤炭开采和洗选业、石油和天然气开采业、化学工业、电力、热力的生产和供应业以及燃气的生产和供应业等能源化工产业仍然是推动榆林当地社会经济发展的主导产业，应该着重优先发展；②发展次序为：燃气的生产和供应业——电力、热力的生产和供应业——化学工业——石油和天然气开采业——煤炭开采和洗选业——石油加工、炼焦及核燃料加工业——第二产业——第三产业——第一产业——水的生产和供应业。

Based on the latest input-output tables of Shaanxi Province in 2007 and the proportion of related indicators in Yulin Energy and Chemical industry accounted for related industries and indicators in Shaanxi Province, the paper established an input output table for Yulin Energy and Chemical Base and corrected it by RAS with software such as EXCEL and MATLAB. And then the paper calculated some associative coefficient of industry and analyzed the industry association situation in the Yulin energy and chemical base. The establishment method in this paper has some meaningful reference for local government to establish the input-output table.
