Geographical cities monitoring is the use of spatial information technology on geographical cities and the status of the changeof dynamic monitoring, statistics and analysis,objective accurately reflect all kinds of geographical environment elements of the spatialdistribution, and reveals the spatial and temporal distribution of activity .This paper discusses the standard system construction , contentsand key technical route for Wuhan geographic city monitoring .According the geographical factors cities dynamic monitoring andstatistical analysis, regularly publish monitoring and analysis results , effectively promote the work of the business change , standardizationand normalization.
