摘要
高光谱成像技术是集图像学和光谱学于一身的新技术,能够快速、准确、无损地获得农产品内外品质信息,从而实现农产品的全方位检测.主要介绍了高光谱成像技术的原理及在肉品品质检测中的应用,并对高光谱成像技术在未来肉品检测方面的应用进行了展望.
Hyperspectral imaging technology is a new technology with the integration of spectroscopy and imaging techniques, and can acquire the interior and exterior properties of agricultural products rapidly, accurately and non-destructively so as to realize overall detection of agricultural products. The paper described the principle of hyperspectral imaging technology and the application in meat quality detection,and prospected the fiarther application in meat detection.
