阴道超声结合直肠灌注液体诊断女性直肠癌的临床价值

The Clinical Value of Transvaginal Ultrasound with Rectal Perfusion in Patients with Female Rectal Cancer

目的 开辟女性直肠癌检查的新途径 ,探索阴道超声结合直肠灌注液体诊断女性直肠癌的临床价值。方法 对临床拟诊为直肠癌者 2 1例 ,卵巢癌侵犯直肠前壁 7例患者 ,先向直肠内灌注无菌生理盐水 15 0ml左右 ,再经阴道超声检查。结果 经阴道超声结合直肠灌注液体能清晰显示直肠解剖及毗邻 ,检查成功率、病灶显示率和定位正确率为 10 0 % ,分期诊断准确率为 85 .71%。结论 经阴道超声结合小剂量直肠灌注诊断女性直肠癌的检查成功率、定位准确率、病灶显示率、分期诊断准确率可以与直肠超声媲美。

Objective To create the new examination ways and study the clinical value in transvaginal ultrasound with rectal perfusion in patients with female rectal cancer.Methods To perfuse about 150ml liguid into the rectum and then examined by transvaginal ultrasound in 21 cases of rectal cancer and 7 cases of varian cancer iniltrating anterior wall of rectum.Result The method above can obviously reveal the anatomical structures and adjoining relations of rectus. Success diagnostic rate,lesion localization rate and appearance rate of which were all 100%,the clinical stage diagnostic rate was 85.71%.Conclusion The transvaginal ultrasound with rectal low flow perfusion has great value. The success diagnostic rate,lesion localization rate,appearance rate and the clinical stage diagnostic rate are equal to transrectal ultrasond,and can compensate for the limitations of it.
