摘要
螺旋离心泵运送固液两相流介质造成叶轮磨损的问题较复杂.以模型泵为研究对象建立三维模型,利用FLUENT软件对其内部三维流动进行固液两相流数值模拟分析,用清水试验验证数值模拟计算的合理性.分别计算了不同固相体积分数下叶轮工作面的速度分布以及固相浓度在叶轮中的分布,并根据两相流中固相体积分数与叶轮的相对速度分布分析了叶轮的磨损.数值模拟结果表明:在螺旋离心泵的离心段,相对速度与固相浓度达到较大值,该段易产生磨损.
The due to the transportation of solid-liquid two-phase flow by the screw relatively complicated issue. With the model pump as the research object the three-d established,with the aid of the FLUENT software the numerical simulation analysis dimensional flow of solid-liquid two-phase medium was made, and the water test was tionality of the simulation calculation. Calculate the velocity distribution on the impell ent solid volume fractions and the distribution of solid density in the impeller.
