The Ultrasonography of the Breast Chronic Inflammatory Lumps

目的 探讨乳腺慢性炎性包块的声像图特点 ,提高乳腺癌的超声诊断率。方法 回顾分析 2 1例乳腺慢性炎性包块的超声表现。结果 慢性炎症包块内多为强弱不均的混合回声 ,钙化灶光点粗大 ,周边有炎症浸润带和纤维包裹带。彩色多普勒表现无血流或少血流型。

Objective To discuss the acoustic characteristics of the breast chronic inflammatory lumps and increase the diagnostic rate of the breast carcinoma.Methods The ultrasonograpy of the 21 cases breast chronic inflammatory lumps were analysed retrospectively.Result Most of the inflammatory lumps were low echo or mixed echo with strong and weak inequality;the light spot of the calcification is coarse; the perimeter has inflammatory infiltration zone and fiber wrappage zone.The color doppler blood is maught or few.Conclusion These characteristics can help the differentiation of breast benign and malignant disease.
