超声引导下穿刺治疗卵巢单纯性及子宫内膜异位囊肿

The Treatment of Simple and Endometriotic Ovarian Cysts by Centesis Inducted with Ultrasonography

目的 探讨在超声引导下经腹或经阴道对卵巢囊肿穿刺治疗的应用价值。方法 2 5例 (2 7个 )卵巢囊性肿物 (14个子宫内膜异位囊肿和 13个单纯性囊肿 )在超声引导下经腹或经阴道穿刺抽液 ,注入无水乙醇治疗 ,观察 2年。结果 2 7个囊肿 ,消失 2 3个 ,1个明显减小 ,2个复发 ,1个巨大单纯性囊肿行穿刺术 3天后手术。治疗总有效率2 4/2 7(88.89% )。

Objective To evaluate the applying value of the treatment of simple and endometriotic ovarian cysts by centesis inducted with ultrasonography.Methods In 25 patients,treatment of 27 ovarian cysts including 13 simple cysts and 14 endometriotic cysts by means of fine-needle ovariocentesis via abdomen or vaginal,in which absolute ethanol was injected into the cyst's cavity after the fluid was aspirated,observed two years.Result In our study,the 23 of 27 ovarian cysts were disappeared.1 cyst obviously reduced(smaller than origine),2 cysts recurred.1 simple huge cyst was operated three days later.The total curative rate was 88.89%.Conclusion The treatment of simple and endometriotic cysts in ovary centesis and injected with absolute ethanol guided by ultrasonography was a practical and relatively safe method.
