不同的频率调谐与递质特异性神经元在鼠耳蝠听觉脑干的空间分布 被引量:3

摘要 分别用频率为 2 0 ,60kHz ,强度为 59~ 63或 71~ 73dBSPL(Soundpressurelevel)的纯音 (时程 4ms ,升降时间各 0 .5ms ,重复速率 2pulses/s)对 9只鼠耳蝠双耳或单耳进行暴露。采用Fos免疫组化双重标记技术 ,考察了Fos、Fos/谷氨酸 (Glu)和Fos/γ 氨基丁酸 (GABA)阳性神经元的空间分布。结果表明 ,在其脑干听核团中 ,耳蜗核 ,斜方体核 ,上橄榄核 ,外侧丘系核以及下丘分别有不同数量的Fos、Fos/Glu或Fos/GABA阳性神经元分布。两种声频率暴露条件下Fos、Fos/Glu和Fos/GABA都具有特定的空间分布模式 ,从一个侧面证实脑干频率 幅度轴的存在 ,并提示Glu能和GABA能神经元在脑干不同层次对听觉信息加工 ,特别是对频率编码的作用既表现在参与的神经细胞数量上 。 The present study was to provide a comprehensive description of roles of GABA or Glu in brainstem of the bat, Myotis chinensis. Nine bats were exposed with pure tone in different frequency or amplitude,i.e.,20 or 60 kHz,59~63 or 71~73 dB SPL (4 ms duration and 0.5 ms rise decay time delivered at 2 pulses/s) for 45 minutes.We investigated the immunoreactivity for Fos,GABA and Glu in the brainstem neuclei.The higher densities of Fos immunoreactive somata were found in dorsal cochlear nucleus versus the ventral,medial nucleus of superior olive complex versus the lateral,dorsal nucleus of lateral lemmiscus versus the ventral,and ventral neucleus of central inferior colliculus versus the dorsal under 20 kHz,71~73 dB SPL,whereas the nuclei with higher densities of Fos positive somata were somewhat fewer under 60 kHz,59~73 dB SPL.These data also demonstrate a variable distribution of Fos/GABA or Fos/Glu positive neurons throughout the auditory brainstem nuclei for different frequency conditions. It is suggested that GABA or Glu positive neurons of the auditory brainstem may concurrently play important roles in neural coding of certain sound signals.
