摘要
目的探讨槲皮素体内抗白血病作用及其机制。方法建立小鼠淋巴细胞白血病(P388)实体瘤型荷瘤小鼠。随机取36只P388荷瘤小鼠分为6组,每组6只,包括治疗组(槲皮素组、高、中、低剂量槲皮素/阿霉素组)和对照组(阿霉素组和生理盐水组)。用细胞形态学、病理学等方法,观察药物对各组荷瘤小鼠生长、瘤体大小等影响。结果各治疗组均有明显的抑瘤作用,且呈剂量依赖关系;高剂量槲皮素联用阿霉素组的抑瘤作用最为显著,其抑瘤率分别比阿霉素组、槲皮素组、联用中剂量组和低剂量组高32.4%、32.8%、24.3%和26.3%(均P<0.01)。可延长荷瘤小鼠的生存期。结论槲皮素对P388白血病实体瘤型荷瘤小鼠有显著的抑瘤作用,与阿霉素联用其抗瘤作用更为明显,有化疗增敏作用。槲皮素可用于恶性血液病及肿瘤的联合化疗。
Objective To investigate the antitumor effect of quercetin in vivo. Methods Setting up the tumor-bearing mouse model with p388 leukemia solid tumor. 36 tumor-bearing mice were randomly taken and divided into six groups( 6 of each group) : the treatment groups (doxorubicin and high/middle/low does quercetin group, only quercetin group) ,the control group with only NS and only doxorubicin. The effects of drugs in different groups for the growth of the mouse and the size of the tumor using cell morphological and pathological Methods were observed. Results The growth of the P388 solid tumor were inhibited in all treatment groups and drug combination of doxorubicin and quercetin could inhibit the growth of the P388 solid tumor much better with the increase of the does of the amount of quercetin. The inhibition ratios of high does quercetin group were higher than the other treatment groups, the inhibition ratios of high does quercetin group was higher as 32.4% ,32. 8% ,24.3% as 26.3% as compared to doxorubicin group,quereetin group and middle does quercetin group,low does quercetin group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Quereetin had shown an obvious inhibition effect to P388 solid tumor and also indicated to reinforce the inhibition effect of ADR to tumor. Quercetin could be used in united chemotherapy of malignant tumor of hematological system.
