摘要
目的探讨舒适护理对过敏性紫癜患儿心理、生理舒适度的影响。方法选取符合标准的患儿80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组应用舒适护理,比较二者护理效果。结果观察组患儿住院期间GCQ量表生理、心理精神、社会文化及环境各维度评分均高于对照组患儿,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理可以有效增加过敏性紫癜患儿的舒适度,丰富了整体护理内涵,符合现代护理的需求,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the influence of comfort care on psychological and physiological comfort level with ana- phylactoid purpura children. Methods 80 patients were divided randomly into observation group（40 eases） and control group（40 eases） o The control group was used with the conventional care, the observation group was used with comfort care, then two groups of nursing efficacy was compared. Results The GQC score of physiology, psychology, social culture and environment in the observation group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The comfort care in children with anaphylactoid purpura could promote comfort level, improve the overall quality of care, and comply with the requirements of modern nursing. It is worthy of clinical application.
