摘要 Two years ago, Meters/bonwe announced to cease its e-business; meanwhile, it assigned the e-business and online management usufruct of the online brands "AMPM" and "CH-IN", which are subordinate to the e-business of Meters/bonwe, to Banggo for use within the operating period. Two years later, Meters/bonwe made a call "to fully integrate the online and offline businesses".
