高职院校学生管理工作的认识与实践

Thinking and practice of student management of higher vocational colleges

以重庆房地产职业学院学生管理工作为视角,从高等职业学院的办学定位、学生特点及发展态势,围绕学院专业办学特色,对于如何加强内涵建设,提高学生到课率、毕业率、就业率等一系列关乎教育教学质量的问题进行了探讨,并就新时期构建学生管理模式,促进学院快速发展进行了有益的实践与探讨。

Based on our practice of student management in Chongqing Real Estate College, we analyzed the school-running orientation, characteristics of students, and unique school-running characteristics for higher vocational colleges. Besides, we discussed on improving teaching quality by strengthening connotation construction and improving students＇ attendance rate and employment rate in order to construct a new mode of student management and promote the development of the higher vocational colleges.
