摘要
薪酬激励问题的研究是现代企业的必修课,作为激发员工潜能,调动员工积极性的重要手段,薪酬激励已成为企业成功的关键因素之一。研究薪酬激励与员工满意度的关系,则成为薪酬激励中的重中之重。但由于目前我国企业薪酬制度不完善,无法满足大多数员工的需求,因而无法激励出员工的最大潜力,这就必须要改善企业的薪酬设计,建立完善的薪酬激励机制,让员工参与到企业发展的战略中,为企业带来真正的效益。
The study of emolument incentives is a required course for modem enterprises, an important means to stimulate and motivate the potential and initiatives of the employees, and one of the key factors to business success. It has become a top priority to make a research on the relationship between emolument incentives and employees' satisfaction. However, for the Chinese enterprises, the emolument system is not perfect enough to meet the needs of the majority of the employees and inspire their greatest potentials. Therefore, enterprises should renew the design, establish a sound mechanism and invite the employees to contribute corporate development strategy so that the real benefits can be brought to enterprises.
