With the deepening of reform and opening up, more and more large foreign companies have entered into China, which causes Chinese companies facing greater and greater challenges. In order to obtain more competitive power, cost control becomes a great importance for domestic business. This paper expounds the significance of cost control for the enterprises, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward some feasible suggestions on cost control.
