基于物联网技术下的电子商务发展策略研究

Development of E-commerce Under the Internet of Things

国家"十二五"规划中把物联网、电子商务列入战略性新兴产业。然而当前传统电子商务发展遭遇瓶颈,电子商务链中存在的一些问题亟待突破,可利用物联网技术在改善自动化性能方面的作用和优势,实现两产业的推动和促进。目前,尚缺乏针对两产业相互关联,相互衔接的研究。本文通过对物联网技术在优化电子商务市场环境、改变电子商务发展模式、提高电子商务服务水平、推动配套物流服务发展四方面的实证分析,从制度设计、平台建设、技术创新、安全保障和人才机制五方面提出发展对策建议。

The national 12th Five-year Plan lists the lnternet ol Things and the e-commerce as emerging industries of strategic importance, However, traditional e-commerce is encountering a bottleneck because of some burning problems existing in electronic commerce chains. We can take the advantages of the Internet of Things technology in improving automation to help solve these problems and promote the development of the two industries. At the present, researches in this respect are lacking. Through empirical analysis on how the Internet of Things technologies function in optimizing e-commercial market, changing the development mode of e-commerce, improving e-commercial services and promoting matched logistics services, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in five aspects： system design, platform building, technological innovation, safety guarantee and talent mechanism.
