网络化蓄电池运行参数在线监测系统的设计 被引量:12

摘要 阀控铅酸蓄电池被广泛用作通信等系统的后备电源,其健康状态关系到市电中断情况下整个系统的稳定运行。研究并设计了1个包括多个现场监测点和区域监测服务中心的网络化蓄电池运行参数在线实时监测系统。现场监测点基于嵌入式微控制器,完成每节蓄电池的运行参数的高精度测量与分析,并将每节蓄电池的运行参数通过传输网络实时传送至区域服务中心。区域服务中心负责每节蓄电池的运行参数的数据存储、查询、健康分析和告警等功能,实现远程监测管理。实验结果表明,系统各个参数的测量误差均在0.9%以内,功能满足现场要求,操作方便。 Valve regulated leadacid batteries (VRLA) are widely used as back up power supply in telecommunica tion and other systems, and their health state affects the stable running of whole system in the case of mains inter ruption. A networked system of VRLA operation state online real time monitoring with many onsite monitoring fields and regional service center is designed in this paper. Onsite monitoring field is based on an embedded mi crocontroller and achieves the measurement and analysis of operation parameters with high precision and then sends the result to regional service center via transmission network. The regional service center can realize remote monito ring which is mainly used to receive and store the measurement results, provide functions such as data query, health analysis and raise warning. The experimental resuhs show that the designed system has a less than 0.9% measurement error and the functions meet the requirement of the user scene, and also it is easy to operate.
