摘要
针对张家港扬子江1420冷轧工程No.1酸洗轧机联合机组工艺段酸循环泵过滤器所存在的问题,本文提出一种改进的连续酸洗机组酸循环泵过滤器的设计方法。通过ANSYS模拟分析计算,提出了有效的改进措施,经过改进后的管道过滤器运行稳定,有效的保护了设备,降低了工艺段的故障频率。
This paper analyzes the problem for the strainers of acid pumps in No. 1 PL - TCM of Sha Steel by ANSYS. The author gives an available method. After the improvement of strainers, the acid pumps and pipes are running normally, which reduce the stopping time of PL- TCM.
