4-胺基-1,2,4-三唑高氯酸铜配合物Cu(AT)_4H_2O(ClO_4)_2的合成、表征及其燃烧催化作用 被引量:5

摘要 以甲酸乙酯和水合肼为原料,历经氨解、成环两步反应得到4-胺基-1,2,4-三唑(AT);然后,以乙醇为溶剂,AT与高氯酸铜发生络合反应,得到4-胺基-1,2,4-三唑高氯酸铜配合物(ATCP)。采用有机元素分析、X射线荧光光谱和FTIR,对其进行了表征。利用TG/DTG、DSC研究了ATCP的热分解行为,其最终分解产物为CuO。利用浇注工艺制备了含ATCP的改性双基推进剂样品,研究了ATCP对推进剂燃烧性能的影响。结果表明,ATCP对改性双基系推进剂的燃烧具有良好的催化作用,是一种高效的燃烧催化剂。 4-amino-1,2,4-triazole was prepared by amination and cyelization with ethyl formate and hydrazine hydrate.4-amino- 1,2,4-triazole copper perchlorate( ATCP )was prepared by complexation reaction of 4-amino-1,2,4-triazole and copper perchlorate in ethanol, and was characterized by elementary analysis, X-ray fluorescence diffraction and FTIR spectra.The thermal decomposition properties of ATCP were investigated by means of TG/DTG and DSC techniques.The thermal decomposition process of ATCP was obtained, and the results show that the decomposition product was CuO.The sample of composite modified double base(CMDB) pro- pellants containing ATCP were prepared by casting technology, and the effects of ATCP on combustion properties of CMDB propel- lants were investigated.The results show that ATCP is an excellent catalyst, and it possesses good catalytic effect on combustion of RDX-CMDB propellant.
