浅析住宅建筑设计存在的问题

A brief analysis on the existing problem of the residential building design

随着我国社会经济的快速发展,人们的生活水平和物质文化水平都有显著的提高,人们对住宅建筑要求逐步提高,所以住宅建筑设计受到广泛的关注。住宅建筑不仅要满足使用者的安全性、舒适性的需求,还应具备一定的美观和节能作用,来满足居民的物质和心理需求。本文通过分析住宅建筑设计中存在的问题,从而有针对性地提出几点参考建议。

With the rapid development of our social economy, peopleg living standard and material level are improved significantly. With the increasing of demanding on residential building, the residential building design has been widely concerned. Residential building is not only to meet the user＇s safety, comfort, but also needs to meet the requirements on the appearance and the function of energy - saving, to meet the physical and psychological needs of the residents. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the design of residential buildings, some suggestions were put forward.
