基于复杂系统理论的徐州九里煤矿区土地复垦项目持续性后评价

摘要 利用复杂系统理论,以徐州九里矿区土地复垦项目为例,进行土地复垦项目持续性后评价。通过文献分析法、实地调研法、系统分析法和定性定量综合分析法等建立了土地复垦系统可持续性后评价概念模型,构建了土地复垦系统可持续性后评价指标体系,以复垦项目系统的发展度、协调度和持续度对徐州九里煤矿区土地复垦项目的可持续性进行了评价。基于复杂系统理论的徐州九里煤矿区土地复垦项目持续性后评价结果,基本能够综合反映九里煤矿区土地复垦项目的可持续发展水平。 In this study,the post evaluation of sustainability mining land reclamation in Jiuli Xuzhou was investigated based on Complex Systems Theory.The conceptual model and evaluation index system of the post evaluation in mining land reclamation were established through literature analysis,field investigation,and systematic,qualitative,and quantitative analysis,in order to evaluate the sustainability of the mining land reclamation project based on its development level,harmony degree,and sustaining ability.The results showed that the evaluation report in this study can synthetically reflect the sustainable development state of the Jiuli mining land reclamation project.
