节能环保防沉降电泳涂料应用研究

The Application Research of Antisettling Electrophoretic Coatings with Energy Saving and Environmental Protection

以一般阴极电泳涂料配方为基础,采用颜料悬浮技术,研制成新型防沉降电泳涂料。在电泳涂料其他性能保持不变的前提下,实现了电泳涂料良好的防沉降性,顺应了电泳涂装节能环保的发展趋势,大大提高了电泳涂装产品的质量。

A new type antisettling electrophoretic coatings was developed by using pigment suspension technology, which was based on the formulation of genera/cathodic electrophoretic coatings. The epectrophoretic coatings had good antisettling performance while other properties remained unchanged, which adapted for the development trend of energy saving and environmental protection of electrophoretic painting, and greatly improved the quality of electrophoretic painting products.
