摘要
在高纯锌制备过程中分别向电解液中加入不同添加剂,研究它们对阴极锌的表面质量、纯度及电流效率的影响规律。试验结果表明,合适的添加剂为明胶与硫脲组合添加剂,并且用量明胶为5mg/L,硫脲为400 mg/L,其电流效率为99.94%,制得的高纯锌杂质含量为8.151×10-6。
The additives in the electrolyte can have effect on crystalline surface property,current efficiency and quality of the cathode zinc by electrolytic preparation of high purity zinc.The experimental results show that the appropriate additives are a combination of gelatin and thiourea,suitable dosages being geltain 5mg/L and thiourea 4400 mg/L.The process has a current efficiency of 99.94% the total content of impurities in the product being 8.151 × 10-6.
