半日法肠道准备在结肠癌择期手术前的临床应用

Application of Preoperative Semidiurnal Bowel Preparation in Patients with Colon Cancer

目的探讨半日法口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散(polyethylene glycol and electrolyte oral solution,PEG-ELS)在结肠癌术前肠道准备中的清洁效果。方法 2010年1月至2012年11月,便利抽样法选择梧州市桂东人民医院普外科收治的120例结肠癌患者,按住院单双日分为两组,每组各60例,试验组采用PEG-ELS进行肠道准备,对照组采用清洁灌肠。比较两组患者肠道清洁度情况、患者满意率、术者满意率及术后并发症的发生率。结果试验组肠道清洁度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组和对照组患者满意率分别为96.66%和81.66%,术者对肠道准备满意率分别为96.66%和83.33%,两者间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);术后并发症发生率分别为5.00%和16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口服PEG-ELS行肠道准备具有肠道清洁度高、术后并发症少、患者满意度高的优越性,是一种患者乐于接受的肠道准备方法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of preoperative semidiurnal method oral compound poly- ethylene glycol electro｜yte powder （PEG-ELS） in colon cancer bowel preparation. Methods From January 2010 to November 2011,a total of 120 patients were divided into experimental group and control group, with 60 patients in each group. Patients in the experimental group were given PEG-ELS,while patients in the control group were given traditional cleaning enema group. Intestinal cleaning degree,the patients＇ sat- isfaction rate, doctors＇ satisfaction rate and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in traditional group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group （16.67% vs 5.00% ,P〈O. 05）. Patients＇ satisfaction rate of the experimental group and the traditional group of patients were 96.66% and 81.66% （P〈0.05）, satisfaction rate of intestinal preparation of experimental group and traditional group were 96. 66%and 83.33%（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion With fewer complications and higher sat- isfaction level, patients with colon cancer seem willing to try PEG-ELS in preoperative bowel preparation and it＇s worthy to recommend its clinical use.
