企业Super Boss体验式教学模式探索

随着企业信息化的快速建设和普及,企业对经营管理人才的实践能力需求也不断提高。该文以培养Super Boss的企业模拟经营实战系统为背景,首先分析了目前实践教学中存在的问题,然后针对问题提出相应的创新教学模式,最后分析总结改革后的教学效果。教学模式的创新性在于结合"体验学习圈"理论,在普通教学模式的基础上,在模拟企业经营的各个环节中,分别引入企业经营决策模型的教学,并结合实验中的企业进行分析,使学生在提高实践能力的同时,能运用相关理论指导企业的经营活动,并依据决策模型的辅助做出投资决策。

With the rapid construction and popularization of enterprise informationization , the demand for enterprise to manage the practical ability of management personnel is also increasing constantly .Taking the enterprise simulation of operation actual combat system that cultivates Super Boss as the background ,this paper analyzes the existing problems of practice teaching at present ,and then puts forward the corresponding innovative teaching mode aiming at problems ,then ,analyzes and summarizes the reformed teaching effect .On the basis of the normal teaching mode ,and combined with the theory of “Experiential Learning Circles ,” the innovation of teaching mode is respectively led in the teaching of enterprise management decision model in the each link when simulating enterprise operation ,and combined with experimental enterprises to analyze ,so it improves the students’ comprehensive practice ability ,and applies correlation theory to guide the operation of enterprises ,and makes investment decision according to decision-making model .
