摘要
波纹管孔道压浆是桥梁建造后张法的关键工序之一,其压浆密实性的好坏对桥梁的耐久性有着重要影响。利用超声波反射法获取回波信号,从信号能量的角度出发,通过分析、处理包含缺陷信息的回波信号,进行混凝土缺陷的无损检测。分析并建立了合理的波纹管缺陷超声检测的模型,应用合成孔径技术,将低成本的小孔径、低功率换能器接收到的较弱的回波信号进行合成,从而起到了增强缺陷信号、抑制噪声信号的效果。
The prestressed duct grouting is one of the key processes of building post-tensioned concrete structures .The compactness of prestressed duct grouting has an important impact on the durability of the bridge .The echo signal is mainly obtained via the supersonic reflection method ,and then the compactness of grouting is detected based on the energy of above signal . A model of ultrasonic testing is analyzed and established ,which is suitable for prestressed duct defect detection .Furthermore ,with small destructive ,safe and economical synthetic aperture technique , the simulation results demonstrate that the defect signal is enhanced and the azimuth resolution is improved .
