Research on operation mechanisms and management modes of experimental teaching platforms

研究了高等学校实验教学平台建设与管理模式。基于准确定位的实验教学平台建设,加强了平台运行管理,改革了实验教学体系,探索了与平台定位相适应的管理模式与运行机制。在调整实验结构、改革实验项目设置、强化条件建设及提高实验队伍素质等方面进行了研究和论述。

Constructions and management modes of experimental teaching platforms in colleges and universities are researched based on the accurate positioning of the construction of experimental teaching platforms ,the strengthening of platform-operation managements , the reform of experimental teaching systems , and the exploration of management modes and operation mechanisms suitable to the platform positioning . And discussions are made from such aspects as the adjustment of experimental structures , the reform of the experimental project setup ,the consolidation of construction conditions ,the improvement of the experimental personnel’s qualities ,etc .
