In the paper,the author provides the establishment of the ellipsoid transformation independent coordinate system by the reason and the main element.The author introduces the ellipsoid expansion method and the ellipsoid translation method.The author gets the advantage of the ellipsoid transformation in establishing the independent coordinate by comparing the ellipsoid expansion method and the ellipsoid translation method with the conventional coordinate transformation using the analysis of the example.
