摘要
基于大柳塔煤矿大采高52304综采工作面末采贯通期间,出现的支架压死和冒顶事故,采用理论分析、现场观测与工程实践相结合的方法,分析了压架与冒顶事故的原因,探索了工作面压力显现强烈的机理,介绍了事故处理方案和取得的实际效果,在巷道设计、顶板控制、工程质量、管理认识等方面提出了预防同类事故的关键性技术措施,为矿井安全高效生产提供了技术保障,积累了经验。
Based on the accidents of pushed down of hydraulic support and roof falling during the end mining holing through of 52304 fully mechanized mining face with large mining height in Daliuta coal mine, by using the methods of theoretical analysis, field observa- tion and engineering practice, the paper analyzed the causes of the accidents, researched the mechanism of strong ground pressure of world'ace and introduced the accident treatment program and the actual results. The paper also proposed the key technical measures for preventing similar accidents from the aspect of roadway design, roof control, engineering quality and management. The research can provide technical support for mine safety and efficient production.
